To accommodate the challenges and current uncertainties, The Climate Group will launch a digital platform that will host all major Climate Week NYC events to ensure that delegates and speakers can join irrespective of any travel restrictions in place at the time.

For mindful sustainable innovation

Direct Air Capture Mobilization Summit

The Direct Air Capture Climate Mobilization Summit will feature two days of professionally-moderated, interactive discussions to develop a plan for radically accelerating the deployment of Direct Air Capture, a core enabling technology for the large-scale carbon removal that we urgently need to address climate change.

This event is an invitation-only, co-creation, results-oriented dialogue. Joining us will be key leaders in technology, business, policy, finance, communications, and civil society who are well positioned to help design the mobilization effort and support its successful implementation.

We believe now is both an essential and opportune moment to align around a compelling, positive vision and an actionable road map for rapidly scaling Direct Air Capture to both address the threat of climate change and begin to build a more sustainable, equitable, and prosperous future.

We are grateful for your participation. Zoom Links and Calendar Invites will be sent to you after your registration is confirmed.

Air Miners 2020 Virtual Conference

AirMiners, a global community of scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs working on carbon negative technology, will convene its first conference, Foundations for a Carbon Negative Future (http://conference.airminers.org), on May 13th, 2020.  This conference was conceived by the community and will provide AirMiners members and anyone interested in learning the latest in climate action to share recent developments, network, and learn from each other.
The conference will take place May 13, 2020 from 10 AM PST to 4PM PST.
COP26 is postponed, but that doesn’t mean the climate action community is taking a break.  Sign up for AirMiners’ first virtual conference and go behind the scenes to get to know the carbon removal pioneers you’ve read about. Learn what hasn’t been reported yet, meet collaborators, and gain insights. Whether you’re brand new to the concept of carbon negative technologies and business or a battle-scarred innovator, you’ll enjoy the opening keynote by Dr Klaus Lackner, one of the inventors of direct air capture and a slate of panel discussions on business models, fundraising, and technology.

AirMiners is proud to declare that the entire conference will be carbon negative.  The carbon emissions produced by hosting, computer and server usage, and electricity are calculated, then 2X that amount is removed directly from the air…using tech created by AirMiners member companies!

Don’t miss this opportunity to join a dynamic and inspiring global network. Visit their website for program, speakers, and more information: http://conference.airminers.org
